Raptor takes data security seriously. All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 encryption.

Our infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud providers with SOC 2 Type II compliance. We maintain strict access controls and audit logs for all system access.

Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel only. All access is logged and regularly audited. We implement the principle of least privilege across our systems.

We retain customer data only for as long as necessary to provide our services. Upon account termination, data is securely deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

We maintain an incident response plan and will notify affected customers within 72 hours of discovering any data breach that may impact their information.
